Your Account
Wondering when your order will arrive? Need to change something about an order you've placed? You can now review and revise your order so that it's just the way you want it by visiting Your Account on the menu.
Please note:  For security reasons, we can only modify orders or send account information when the request comes from the email address that is associated with your Account.

Not receiving a reply to your query?
Problem: You have used our email form to contact us, but have not received a reply. Why?  Your ISP or e-mail client may be blocking our return e-mail.
If you suspect this is happening, please consult the Help section of your email program to see how to relax or remove the settings that filter or block our mail. Once you've established that you should be able to receive mail from us, please contact us again with your question. Alternatively, just telephone us on our 0800 number.

Our GST Policy
GST is additional to all products and services delivered in New Zealand.

Our Purchase Order Policy
We ONLY accept Purchase Orders from Schools and Government Organizations.
All other Purchase Orders must be pre-paid. Contact us for details.

Our Returns Policy
Graphica Technologies reserves the right to determine applicability.
Custom and made-to-order equipment or supplies is excluded.
DO NOT discard any packing until you have determined the item is in acceptable condition and does not need to be returned for any reason.

MACHINERY IS SOLD 'AS IS'
All laminating and associated machinery is now sold 'as is. No returns accepted.

RETURNS FOR DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
It is the customer's/receiver's responsibility to note and report any damage or possible damage to the delivery driver upon delivery.
Damaged or missing items must be reported to Graphica Technologies within 48 hours of receipt.

We will file damage claims with the carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to keep the package in the condition it was received and have it available for the carrier to pick up and inspect. Failure to do any of the above may invalidate the claim or delay the claim process, which in return can invalidate or delay the credit process to your account.

SHIPPING PROCEDURES FOR RETURNS
Customers are responsible for any returned freight charges.
All items must be in their original box and packaging and returned via insured, pre-paid freight to our depot or the address specified by our Customer Service Representative.
We strongly suggest shipping with a carrier that provides proof of delivery, as items lost or damaged in transit cannot be credited back.

SHIPPING CHARGES
Graphica Technologies will pay return shipping charges ONLY for items shipped to you in error or received damaged. Otherwise, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Why is my online confirmation number different from my order number?
These numbers are different due to our accounting and despatch processes. We use them this way to properly track your order through our system.

When an Order Number is assigned, you may use it for all future references to that purchase.
